Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") outlines the strict rules and behavioral standards required when using the Jishnu platform. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using Jishnu, you agree to comply with this policy at all times.

1. Prohibited Activities

To ensure a fair, secure, and performant environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

A. Data Scraping & Automated Exploitation

CAUTION: The use of automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or any programmatic scripts to extract, copy, or mine our proprietary question bank, mock tests, or study materials is strictly forbidden.

B. AI Manipulation & Prompt Injection

Our platform integrates advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide the "AI Tactical Coach" and study plan generation. You may not:

  • Execute or attempt to execute Prompt Injection attacks (e.g., attempting to bypass system instructions, extract system prompts, or force the AI to behave outside its intended parameters).
  • Exploit or utilize the AI tutor or Gemini API integration for any non-educational purposes (e.g., generating unauthorized content, spam, or bypassing content filters).

C. Security Breaches & Hacking

Any attempt to compromise the integrity of our platform infrastructure will result in immediate termination and potential legal action. You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass, exploit, or breach our Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) architecture.
  • Access, view, or modify another user's data by any means, including manipulating identifiers, tokens, session data, or API requests (IDOR attacks).
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile client-side application code to extract non-public API contracts, scoring logic, or answer keys.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Jishnu system or Vercel hosting environment.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host, or network (e.g., DDoS attacks).

D. Account Abuse

  • Credential Sharing: You may not share, sell, or rent your account credentials. Your account is for your individual use only.
  • Sybil Abuse: You are explicitly prohibited from engaging in automated or bulk account creation, or abusing free-tier or credit systems through the use of multiple accounts.

2. Enforcement and Termination

Jishnu employs automated and manual monitoring to ensure compliance with this AUP.

IMPORTANT: Zero Tolerance Policy: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice and without refund if you are found to be in violation of any clause in this Acceptable Usage Policy.

Where applicable, Jishnu also reserves the right to report malicious activities (such as severe data theft or security breaches) to relevant law enforcement authorities.

3. Reporting Violations
